01 General Terms & Conditions

AK48 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between AK48 and its users.

By creating an account, playing any game, making a deposit, or using any service on AK48, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using AK48.

AK48 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be informed via email or platform notification before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Register

To create an account on AK48, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited, and such accounts may be closed at any time.

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• The name, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. You should never share your password with anyone.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• AK48 may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time.

03 Age Requirement

Users must be 18 years of age or older to participate on AK48. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from using this platform.

AK48 may request a copy of your national ID, birth certificate, or passport for age verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension or closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on AK48 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
• It is recommended that you use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted; funds can only be withdrawn to an account in your own name.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, AK48 may place a payment on hold pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

AK48 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming any offer.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements (typically 15–30x the original bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for gameplay.
• Stacking multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• AK48 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at its discretion, particularly in cases of misuse.
• The referral bonus applies only when the referred person opens a new account and makes their first deposit.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on AK48 are conducted fairly and transparently. Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, and Sports Betting each have their own specific rules, in addition to general platform guidelines that apply across all categories.

• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is audited by an independent third party.
• Each game has its own pay table and rules, which can be reviewed before the game begins.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, AK48 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• Intentionally exploiting game bugs or vulnerabilities will result in account closure.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AK48 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to hack another user's account.
• Deceiving customer service with false or misleading information.

08 Privacy & Security

• Users' personal information is never sold to third parties.
• All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• AK48 recommends keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• User passwords are stored in hashed form; no AK48 staff member will ever ask for your password.
• Information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Changes to Terms
